洊雷震動，澤中有雷為隨。江河淮海，天之奧府——大川巨流，為天地蘊藏之寶庫。眾利所聚，可以富有，好樂喜友——利源匯集，富而有樂，交友相歡。江河淮海為古代商路與物產之命脈。從震至隨（澤中有雷），雷伏於澤下，暫捨主動。動態逆轉：不再自我主張，而隨水流所向。財富非以力取，乃以順勢而行，隨眾利之所聚。嚮晦入宴息——隨順自然之節律，方得安樂。
