Nine in the fifth place means: Manifestation of holding together. In the hunt the king uses beaters on three sides only And forgoes game that runs off in front. The citizens need no warning. Good fortune.

Six at the top means: He finds no head for holding together. Misfortune.

焦氏易林
歡悅以喜，子孫俱在；守發能忍，不見殃咎。
Joyful and delighted; sons and grandsons all present. Patient and able to endure; no calamity or fault appears.

注释
地上有水，比也。歡悅以喜，子孫俱在——歡喜滿堂，子孫齊聚。守發能忍，不見殃咎——謹守所成，能忍能耐，則不見災殃。詩頌世代完整之福：家族圓滿，老者安適，少者茁壯。「守發能忍」示此幸福非無代價，而須節制與忍耐。從比至小過（山上有雷），雷在山上稍有過度——然恭敬、哀慟、節儉三事可小過。詩中有紀律之知足恰體現小過之教：謹慎與照料可稍過之，野心則不可。
