風行天上，化為山上有雷之小過。詩引《詩經·周南·關雎》：「關關雎鳩，在河之洲。窈窕淑女，君子好逑。」少妻在門，君子嘉喜。從小畜至小過，於小過之謹慎越分中見結緣之勇。小過非大過之結構性過載，乃適度之小逾——心之靜膽，敢於表明意願。雎鳩之鳴宣告：即便微小之主動，擇時而發，亦能成就圓滿之配。行過乎恭、喪過乎哀、用過乎儉——小過之「過」在此為恰到好處之多出一步。
