天與火同人，然此處之同人乃戰場上之共赴。白龍黑虎俱起而怒，戰於阪兆，可解作黃帝伐蚩尤之上古大戰——文明奠基之原始衝突。蚩尤敗走，死於魯首。暴力非為殘忍，而是創生性的：秩序自戰亂中誕生。從同人至比（地上有水），團結有時須先逐除混沌。比卦先王以建萬國、親諸侯——唯蠻獸既伏，萬邦方能和聚。
