山下有風，蠱召神權。南山黃竹——南山生長黃色之竹；三身六目——三身六目之異獸出現，此類形象見於《山海經》之神怪。出入制命——出入之間掌控命運。東皇宣政——東方至尊之帝宣示政令；主尊君安——主上尊崇，君主安泰；鄭國無患——鄭國無有禍患。從蠱至旅（山上有火），以神聖權威穩定過渡之局。火在山上為旅人之燈——明慎用刑而不留獄，以清明與法度維持客居他鄉之秩序。
