澤上有地，臨之知遇。管鮑相知——管仲與鮑叔牙互相深知；至德不離——以至高之德而不相離棄。三言相桓——三策輔佐桓公；齊國以安——齊國因此安定。管鮑之交為中國傳統中最負盛名之友誼：鮑叔牙識管仲之才於貧窮失意之際，薦之於桓公而不自居。管仲遂使齊成為春秋首霸。從臨至同人（天與火），長者之臨在化為平等之相知。天與火合——真正的同人非上下之序，乃同道之識，照亮一個時代。
