注释
山下有火,賁施仁德。仁德不暴——行仁而不殘暴。五精就舍——五方之精靈來此安居。四牧允釐——四方牧守善治。民安其居——百姓安居。「五精」或指五方之神或五星之精——唯有德治方能使天象歸位。「四牧」為四方之長官。此詩與22-22鳳凰之象相呼應,以天象歸位替代神鳥來棲。從賁至萃,澤上於地:山之火化為澤聚於地。賁為裝飾,萃為聚合:人民自然匯聚於德行真切之處,如水流入低地之窪。
