山下有火，賁以失敗之義行作結。免冠進賢——脫下冠冕以推薦賢者。步出朝門——走出朝廷之門。此為謙退之姿：讓位於更賢之人。然儀體不正——儀態體制不端正。賊孽為患——逆賊奸黨反成禍患。本應高尚之讓賢因執行之疏失而被出賣，權力交接之門為顛覆者洞開。從賁至未濟，火在水上：山之火化為火在水上。未濟為永恆之將成未成——萬事具備而無一各安其位。進賢者之不當禮儀正現此象：意圖正確，形式有失，亂象隨之。
