天在山中，大畜畜德之象。道禮和德，仁不相賊——道與禮相和，德與仁相成，互不相害。君子往之，樂有其利——君子行此道，悅樂而有利。從大畜至豫（雷出地奮），蓄積之天化為大地中迸發之雷。豫者，先王以作樂崇德。大畜之蓄在於積累，豫之樂在於釋放——長期畜養之德行一旦發動，如雷出地而奮，萬物歡欣鼓舞。蓄積非為永藏，待時而動則動之歡暢。
