風自火出，家人之聲望推動仕途飛升。安上宜官——居高位而稱職。一日九遷——一日之間連升九級，此為古代形容拔擢之極之語。踰群超等——超越同儕，跨越品級。牧養恆山——受命治理五嶽之一之恆山。從家人至恆，雷風恆，君子以立不易方。恆非僅為持久，乃於變化中保持一貫之方向。此官之飛昇能持久，因其根基在真才實學；治理神山者，須有超越尋常行政之恆心。
