注释
山上有水，蹇之象。植根不固——根基不穩。華葉落去——花葉凋零。便為枯樹——遂成枯木。三句而已，完成了衰敗之全部軌跡：根淺、花落、樹死。根系為決定枝葉榮枯之隱形結構。從蹇至鼎，木上有火，正位凝命。鼎賴三足穩立方能烹煉。無根之樹即無足之鼎：無法承載轉化之過程，應被提煉者反被丟失。立基須在轉化之前，否則一切不能持久。
