注释
山下出泉，蒙之象也。「氓之蚩蚩，抱布貿絲」——出《詩經·衛風·氓》：男子抱布來換絲，實為求婚之藉口。此詩化用氓之典：以婚為急，棄禮縱情，卒遭悔憂。從蒙至困，澤無水：困為枯竭之象。急於情慾而棄禮者，如湖水驟洩，終陷乾涸之困。不循媒妁之言、父母之命而成之婚，無社會之支撐，日後之苦乃自取。蒙昧者以為禮儀為束縛，殊不知禮正是保護。
