風雷益，變為遯（天下有山）。出門得堂，不逢禍殃——出門即見寬敞之堂，無災無禍。入戶自若，不見矛戟——歸家泰然，無兵器之威脅。公私兩域皆安全：外出有坦途，歸家無刀兵。從益至遯，君子以遠小人，不惡而嚴。善退者離紛爭而不結怨，家中無兵戈、門外無危險，正是智慧退隱之證。增益提供退隱之資，智慧則擇時而用。
