注释
山上有火，旅人用人失當。教羊逐兔——以溫馴者行捕獵之事；使魚相捕——令水族自相殘殺。任非其人，費日無功——所用者皆與其職不符，徒耗光陰而一無所成。諧中帶刺，實為政治諷喻：荒唐之任命，不論才性而隨意安排。從旅至噬嗑（電雷），雷電交加以明刑罰。然詩意警示：縱有嚴明之法度，若根本用人不當，再猛之雷電亦無濟於事。羊仍追兔，魚仍相噬，制度本身即為問題所在。
