注释
隨風巽，化為風自火出之家人。四誅不服——四面出征而叛者不服。恃強負力——倚仗武力強權。倍道趨敵——加速行軍急於求戰。師徒敗覆——全軍覆沒。此為剛愎用武、以力壓人而反遭其敗之象。窮兵黷武，急躁冒進，終致慘敗。從巽至家人（風自火出，君子以言有物而行有恆），家人之道在於言之有物、行之有恆——以恆常之德治家而非以暴力鎮壓。軍事上的失敗恰為家人之反面教材：恃強而非恃德，急進而非恆守，家國與軍隊同此一理。
