澤上有水，節以校準每一動作。王良善御，伯樂知馬——御者之聖、相馬之神。周旋步趨，行中規矩——每一轉彎有度，每一步履合則。止息有節，延命壽考——停與行皆合節律，故能長壽。身體之精確合度即生命之節約。從節至歸妹（澤上有雷），引入最需量度之關係。雷動澤上——激情遇歡悅——然君子以永終知敝，知始亦知終。御者之自律延伸至人際之智慧：知何時起步、何時馳騁、何時止息。節制之極致即長壽之秘訣。
