澤上有風，中孚之象。黃虹現於曠野——此為祥瑞之兆，標識賢君所在之地。管仲為齊桓公之相，輔佐有方，九合諸侯而不以兵車。國無災咎，霸業成於德而非力。黃虹在漢代宇宙論中為陰陽調和之吉徵，示天人感應。從中孚至乾（天行健），澤上之風化為重天之剛健自強。中心之誠一旦充分發揮，便成自強不息之大力——非勉強而為，乃如賢相之忠信自然外化為國之根本。
