Six at the top means: He is oppressed by creeping vines. He moves uncertainly and says, "Movement brings remorse. " If one feels remorse over this and makes a start, Good fortune comes.

注释
澤無水，困之象也。明德克敏——光明之德敏捷精進；重華貢舉——重華（舜帝之號，因其重瞳得名）舉薦賢才。放勳徵用——放勳（堯帝之號）徵召任用；公哲蒙佑——公正明智者蒙受庇佑。此詩以堯舜之尊號頌揚禪讓擢賢之理想：堯識舜德，舜拔賢能，聖治之鏈代代相傳。從困至渙（風行水上），先王以享於帝立廟。風行水上，消散凝滯。聖王之選賢制度驅散困厄之壅塞，使人才流通於需要之處，如風送水至乾涸之地。
