Nine at the top means: There is a large fruit still uneaten. The superior man receives a carriage. The house of the inferior man is split apart.

王母多福，天祿所伏。居之寵光，君子有福。
The Queen Mother, rich in blessings; where heaven's bounty rests. Dwelling in splendor and favor; the noble man is blessed.

注释
山附於地為剝，風行地上為觀。王母多福——西王母降下洪福。天祿所伏——天賜之祿隱伏於此。居之寵光，君子有福。西王母為崑崙至上之女神，掌不死之桃，賜天恩之澤，非人力所能求取。從剝至觀，人為秩序之山已崩，代之以風行地上之宏觀。觀者，省方觀民設教。君子之得福非因進取，而因與天道相合——如風之無所不至，王母之恩自降於當位之人。不求恢復舊山，以觀照天道為先。
